  • Overview

    The Marketing & Events Coordinator will provide support for all strategic and promotional initiatives through PR and special event coordination, store demo support, and additional projects, as needed.   The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter with an outgoing personality willing to jump in to help the team.




    Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

    1. Provide superior customer service as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of Company policy.

    Event Support:

    1. Coordinate and facilitate, with the help and support of our Catering Events team all company-wide and community, special, charitable, employee events (including, but not limited to Legends, Italian Market Festival, Ritt Row) that support the Di Bruno Bros. overall marketing strategy.
    2. Manage and update Event Calendar to include internal and external participation.
    3. Organizes and maintains a database for vendor and community partners to maximize effectiveness of all PR/Marketing/Sponsorship events.
    4. Work with Merchandising team to coordinate and schedule in-store demo and concierge events, supporting the Di Bruno Bros. marketing strategy.
    5. Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with new and existing vendors and partners.

    Marketing Support:

    1. Provide social media support for events, community representation and new product launches.
    2. Provide support for public relations initiatives to develop and maintain new and existing media relationships.
    3. Contributes to writing and copy editing of materials and SMS messaging developed for internal and external distribution around initiatives and events.
    4. Maintain an effort for continuous learning about Di Bruno Bros. products, programs and most importantly – what differentiates us from the competition. Attend employee workshops and seek out additional learning opportunities, when available.
    5. Participate in holiday sales activities, as assigned.
    6. Additional duties, as assigned.




      • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university and previous experience in events, sales or marketing role. Exceptional candidates with equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
      • Positive, friendly and professional attitude.
      • Strong sense of urgency.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
      • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while working independently and as a team.
      • Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills.
      • Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation.
      Ability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business
