The primary purpose of the Concierge is to provide an excellent experience for customers of the store. This individual will assist customers with special needs, perform demos and assist with special projects as assigned. He/she will provide exemplary service to both internal and external customers at all times.
Provide superior customer service as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of Company policy
a. Focus on enhancing the customer service experience
2. Provide coverage in various retail departments within the store as assigned
3. Perform in-store product demonstrations
4. Act as a representative for Di Bruno Bros. EATT program
5. Participate in special projects such as coupon distribution and e-mail address sign ups
6. Assist customers with special requests, involving management as appropriate
7. Additional duties as assigned

The performance of this position requires that the individual come into contact with co-workers and customers. Room temperatures and lighting are ambient for the most part. This position will require that the individual move around to various departments in the retail store. Floors may be slippery due to foot traffic from outside and temperature may vary slightly from department to department.
Due to the nature of our industry, the performance of this position will require the individual to spend time in a facility in which he/she will be exposed, either directly or indirectly, to potential food allergens including (but not limited to): peanuts, gluten, corn, egg, fish, milk, shellfish, soy, tree nut and wheat.
