EnterpriseIn this role, you will be the face of our recruitment process which will consist of providing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer.  As our T.A Rrecruiter you will have the ability to build incredible relationships every day!  

 

Responsibilities

A typical day will consist of:

  • Recruiting top talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
  • Providing an enthusiastic, efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process & offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, closing of candidates through to the orientation / onboarding process.
  • Will facilitate & negotiate complex offers to close by leveraging your experience with competing for top hospitality talent.
  • Communicating effectively with the interview team (hiring managers and HR team) to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
  • Make recommendations on how to improve the sourcing pipeline
  • Attending various types of recruitment events
  • Must be able to build excitement and curiosity to work for Di Bruno Bros.
  • Driving and promoting the employee referral program
  • Utilizing superior organizational skills to provide timely communication to managers and candidates
  • Representing the Di Bruno brand and Corporate Values

 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a hospitality industry
  • This position will require being mobile throughout the region; 50% travel
  • Effectively identify talent, this will consist of attending job fairs, various recruitment events, educational institutions and other non-traditional avenues
  • Experience driving candidate offers to close and negotiating compensation packages when needed
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Must thrive on “closing the deal” with candidates2-5 years of recruiting experience in contingent workforce staffing or corporate setting. 
  • Experience delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.  

Preferred qualifications:

2-5 years of recruiting experience in contingent workforce staffing or corporate setting.

This position will require that the individual travel occasionally between various business units. Room temperatures and lighting in the office areas are ambient for the most part.
