The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for leading efforts to grow the Corporate Gifting sales channel through prospecting new B2B customers, nurturing existing relationships and coordinating promotions to draw awareness.  


This individual must be a team player and possess an exceptional drive to succeed and produce consistent, sustainable results. The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter with an outgoing personality willing to make cold calls to develop new relationships, as well as serve as a project manager.




  1. Provide superior customer service as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of Company policy.
  2. Serve as the key point of contact for Corporate Gifting (CoGi) program both externally with customers and internally with colleagues.
  3. Develop gift assortment appropriate for audience.
  4. Be well-versed in DB private label items to sell program and brand effectively in the market.
  5. Work directly with Marketing Creative team to design annual Corporate Gifting catalog.
  6. Identify needs/gaps for accounts (birthday, welcome, bridal, etc.).
  7. Manage custom gift program for larger clients - working directly with Fulfillment & Procurement to meet margin goals, as well as Marketing Creative team to design appropriate inserts and collateral needed.
  8. Manage program budget for all marketing initiatives.
  9. Maintain & update customer database.
  10. Create and execute quarterly Gifting programs to engage with client list throughout the year.
  11. Work with Ecommerce Business Manager to update CoGi landing page & create customer portal.
  12. Be up to date on competitors’ assortments, new products, trends, etc.
  13. Collaboratively work with Ecommerce Fulfillment to be a SME for all shipping carriers.
  14. Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with new and existing accounts.
  15. Performs administrative and recordkeeping duties such as following the appropriate SOPs for entering and following a CoGi order to completion.
  16. Service customers by collaboratively working with our Customer Service team through all stages of the sales cycle, from first contact to shipping and final invoicing, to ensure repeat sales and positive word of mouth.
  17. Proactively analyze sales trends to develop growth strategy.
  18. Track all activity, contacts, accounts, and opportunities; and maintain and update customer, company contacts and sales records.
  19. Place follow-up calls to customers prior to and after order receipt to ensure customer satisfaction with the process and purchase.
  20. Support DBIE Sales channels via promotional initiatives, trade show support, merchandising, etc., as needed.
  21. Maintain an effort for continuous learning about Di Bruno Bros. products, programs and most importantly – what differentiates us from the competition. Attend employee workshops and seek out additional learning opportunities, when available.
  22. Additional duties, as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university and previous experience in a sales or marketing role. Exceptional candidates with equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
  • Positive, friendly and professional attitude.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while working independently and as a team.
  • Ability to travel independently to visit customers on-site.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives and quotas.
  • Ability to increase sales in existing accounts and generate sales for new accounts.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and create results from daily activity.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business.
