This position will provide support to many areas of the HR team including benefits, system administration, leave management and recruiting.  The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organization skills and bring flexibility and adaptability to our quick moving environment.  

Responsibilities

Provides superior customer service to both internal and external customers as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of Company policy.

 

Human Resources Administration 

  • Enter accurate information into HRIS for processing
  • Employee facing for general HR questions
  • Provide support to the administration of benefits
  • Assist with benefit reconciliation
  • Assist with various aspects of the recruitment process
  • Complete data entry and maintenance of employee files including IWOs, rate changes, new hire paperwork, terminations, rate changes, transfers, other payroll reconciliation
  • Orchestrate associate mailings
  • Assist with weekly New Hire Orientation
  • Distribute benefits eligibility and enrollment paperwork
  • Coordinate training classes as assigned
  • Provide support for HR programs including open enrollment
  • Assists with special HR projects
  • Provide clerical support as necessary

 

Additional duties as assigned

  • Creates and maintains SOPs for primary areas of responsibility
  • As needed, shares expertise with other business locations
  • Other projects and duties as needed

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • General knowledge of Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business or Human Resources preferred
  • Prior experience in Human Resources a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel and ability to navigate HRIS systems
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
